Terms of Service

These are the Terms of Service for LiquidXHost shared hosting accounts
The TOS ("Terms of Service") contains set specific guidelines which all shared hosting accounts are subject to. Please take time to read them carefully and ensure that your understanding of it is full before ordering or using any product listed on this website ("www.liquidxhost.com"). These rules are set and enforced by us ("LiquidXHost"), and used to protect our customers!
Identity
Impersonating or commiting actions towards any other person for any reasons that harms or affects any other customer, staff, or server of LiquidxHost will result in lawful actions or your account terminated or suspended without notice. All personal information that collected is non-fraud and accurate. We reserve the right to hand over any personal information to the Authorities without concent of the subscriber if we think that such action has been taken.
Fees and Expenses
The subscriber will pay all fees according to the prices and terms listed in the Order Forms. Any payment not received within seven (7) days of the anniversary of the invoice date, LiquidXHost reserves the right to suspend the account or terminate service without any notification. A late fee of $10.00 USD will be added onto the current invoice which is due and payable.
Content
All services provided by LiquidXHost are only to be used for lawful purposes. Storage, streaming, or displaying any material that violates any United States Federal, State or City law is strictly prohibited. Sex related material and Pornography are prohibited on any account hosted under LiquidXHost. The subscriber agrees to null all claims to LiquidXHost resulting in damage to the subscriber or any other party. All subscibers agree that they will not infringe and will not contain any content that violates any copyright, U.S. patent or any other third-party right.
Support
LiquidXHost will provide support to all subscribers free of charge. All support inquiries made must be relevant to an account on LiquidXHost servers. We do not provide support for sites that are not hosted on our server; please use our community forums for that. If a subscriber abuses this service, LiquidXHost reserves the right to not reply to inquiry made by the subscriber.
Backups
Daily backups are provided by LiquidXHost for administrative purposes and are no way guaranteed to any subscriber. The subscriber is responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own computer or server.
Shell Access
Shell Access does not come as a standard on any account. Requesting this service is optional by sending a ticket to our support team. The right to deny any request for any reason is reserved by us.
System Resource Usage
If any account is thought to be using an unacceptable amount of system resources, a LiquidXHost administrator may suspend your account without question. In extreme cases, an eviction notice will be sent out to the subscriber given him/her fourteen (14) days in which to transfer to a new hosting provider.
Network
If any account has exceeded their provided bandwidth and or disk usage, that account will be suspended for the remainder of the month. If your bandwidth limit has been breached before the next month, additional fees of $2.50 USD / GB are subject to be added to your next invoice depending on the over-usage. Upgrading your account to support this over-usage will result in the suspension being lifted.
Security
It is your responsibility to keep the password to your account. We are not responsible for misuse of your account due to the authorized distribution of your password. Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is prohibited. You should take precautions to prevent others from using your account since you will be held responsible for such use. Accessing information or data in which a subscriber is not authorized is strictly prohibited. Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization is also prohibited and strictly enforced. If any account is thought to be conducting acts in which interferes with the security of any LiquidXHost server, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without refund.
LiquidXHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that has materials that contradicts with our Terms of Service at any given moment and reason without refund. |
